CONTINUING EDUCATION: Online Courses

This course examines the various aspects of environmental issues and their impact on real estate. We begin by reviewing Federal environmental protection laws to gain an understanding of how these laws can impact a property. Then, we’ll look at both man-made and natural hazards that can inflict a property and create a stigma. The latest trends in environmentally conscience building construction with the incorporation of energy efficiency and the real estate potential of brownfield redevelopment will also be explored. Intra-national migration trends will be covered, along with a discussion of the greenhouse effect and its potential to impact the future of real estate.

He or she lives by noticing what is going on within and around their surroundings.  As a matter of fact, research and experience show that emotional intelligence is more highly correlated with success than IQ.
