Classroom LocationThe North Carolina Academy of Real Estate, LLC is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach the required real estate courses which will prepare students for the Real Estate Licensing Examination and fulfill broker applicant course requirements. NCARE provides students with the basic skills and knowledge necessary to act as a licensed real estate broker.

Class offerings are updated and advertised on a regular basis, and distributed at the local Association of REALTORS® office. The Broker-in-Charge Annual Review Course, meeting new state requirements, can be found under Continuing Education.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Receive a discount for a full day or CE (or just take one of the individual courses). CE Update Course consists of four hours of current topics critical to the real estate industry and protection of the public. Ethics in Today's Real Estate World Course earns NAR Quadrennial Ethics credit and elective credit.
