Director Barbara Crites has
been licensed as a real estate agent/broker for 27+ years. She has a
Master's degree in Education and has been an instructor of real estate
agents for over 26 years (5 years in Virginia and 21 years in North
Carolina) and has taught thousands of students in preparation for
licensure. Barbara's personal student passing rate is one of
the highest in North Carolina. |

Denise Sutton has enjoyed practicing real estate in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia since 1985 and since 2001 in northeastern North Carolina. She is an award-winning agent who has served on local and state association boards and committees in an effort to serve her fellow agents and encourage professionalism in her industry. Denise is a licensed instructor in Virginia and North Carolina. |
